Office of Academic Programs
Accreditation: attainment and renewal of all accreditation and licensure efforts.
Curriculum: research and development of various degree and certificate programs offered by the university. All academic curricula offered are carefully designed by experienced professors and industry professionals.
Office of Admissions
Admissions: review admission criteria, evaluate the qualifications of applicants for all programs.
Marketing and Recruitment: marketing and recruitment operations to promote our programs, issue I-20 and other SEVIS services
Office of Financial Management
Accounting & Financial Services: The Office of Financial Management provides accounting and financial management services to employees and students of Virscend University.
Office of Student Success
Student Advising: student advising and student retention and graduation.
Institutional Effectiveness: collects, compiles and analyzes data for institutional research and decision making.
Registration: registration services to make sure all students follow the plan procedure to register for courses
Office of Operations
General Operations: maintain and operate physical technological, and digital assets of Virscend University.
Human Resources: hiring, firing, retention, promotion record keeping for all employees and faculty.
Information Technology: manage current computer accounts, software subscriptions, Moodle teaching platform, Student Information System and Library services (IBIS World)

Dr. Steve Fisher
Dr. Fisher has 25 years of experience in both higher education for recognized accredited institutions and field experience as an Accounting Consultant.

Ms. Joanna H. Cho
Dr. Cho has over 30 years of financial reporting, payroll, and accounting in private, non-profit, and government agencies and currently is the Accountant III for the L.A. County Development Authority.
