Office of Academic Programs

The Office of Academic Programs is in charge of the research and development of various degree and certificate programs offered by the university. All academic curricula offered are carefully designed by experienced professors and industry professionals. Our curricula are constantly reviewed to ensure all courses taught at Virscend University cover state-of-the-art concepts and technologies that meet the expectations and needs of the industry. Office of Admissions

The Office of Admissions is in charge of the admission and recruitment for our programs. This office also evaluates applications and offers scholarships to qualifying students. All students’ records are maintained in the database of this department. Office of Financial Management

The Office of Financial Management provides accounting and financial management services to employees and students of Virscend University. If students have billing and/or payment questions, contact the office via email at finance@virscend.com and direct your message to the Office of Financial Management.

Office of Student Success and Distance Education

The Office of Student Success and Distance Education is in charge of student advising, student retention and graduation. This office also manages the development and evaluation of distance learning programs offered. Virscend University has been approved to offer Distance Learning Programs for both Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees by BPPE on May 27, 2020. Office of Operations & Informational Technology

The Office of Operations maintains the physical, technological, and digital assets of Virscend University. The Office also manages the daily fiscal responsibilities, software subscriptions, and the Student Information System. If students, faculty, or staff have any questions for the Office of

Dr. Fisher has 25 years of experience in both higher education for recognized accredited institutions and field experience as an Accounting Consultant.


Ms. Joanna H. Cho

Dr. Cho has over 30 years of financial reporting, payroll, and accounting in private, non-profit, and government agencies and currently is the Accountant III for the L.A. County Development Authority.


Ms. Tiffanie Archie

Tiffanie Archie has extensive marketing, project management, and relationship development experience mostly focusing on international markets.
